- Blank goods altered in any way (i.e. Grommets, Tri-folding, etc) are not returnable for credit.
- Blank goods can be returned within 72 hours of delivery date. Contact customer service for return authorization. Returns will be invoiced a $50.00 (P) restocking fee and all freight. Returns received without prior authorization will be denied.
- Important Notice: It is the responsibility of the consignee to inspect for defects as well as style, color, size and quantity of the shipment PRIOR TO DECORATING.
While Rally Towels stands behind the quality and accuracy of all product shipped, Rally Towels cannot accept the responsibility if incorrect or defective goods after they are decorated and screenprinted. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on decorated and screenprinted merchandise! We specialize in custom towel printing but we do not recommend printing placing white ink on colored towels as this may lead to flaking due to the pixels of cotton on the towels. Please be aware of this if incase you indeed want to customize your order with White ink as we will not be responsible as it may not look clear on the towel.
Claims
We take great care to ensure that your custom order is exactly to your specifications, thus we do not offer returns on custom printed towels. Any returns on blank towels will incur a $35 restocking fee. We will not accept any claims on screen printed merchandise once artwork is approved by our client via email, and the merchandise is screen printed, we will not accept any returns whatsoever regarding printing quality (color of imprint, texture of imprint and overall look) or towel quality thus payment for the order is due in full. All claims for blank products must be made to factory within 24 hours of receipt. No exceptions. Failure to do so will void all claims!
Copyright/Trademark Laws
We assume submitted artwork is in full compliance with laws governing copyrights and trademarks. Customers agree to hold Rally Towels harmless for any damages and or costs rising under these laws as a consequence of our using the artwork. All logos portrayed in our catalog are for illustration only and are not available for sale unless otherwise specified by the owner of the copyright.

We recommend all files be sent via e-mail. Please make sure that you include your company’s name and P.O. number with all e-mailed artwork. Customers will be held responsible for any charges (see below) incurred to resolve problems if the digital file is not received in a usable format. Contact Customer Service for more information.
Artwork is included in pricing. Virtual proofs are sent after the order is placed. There will be a $35.00 artwork fee if proof is sent and order is not made or cancelled after recipt of proof.

To edit a digitized file, there will be a $25.88 (W) charge.

- Lettering no smaller than 5mm is recommended.

Monogramming Options
Normal Production Time
Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of decorated product, upon receipt of order confirmation and camera ready artwork. Delays on sample/proof approval may add to production time. The type of artwork submitted, availability of materials and the speed of response to correspondence regarding your order ultimately determines production time.

- Production time begins when art and credit are approved.
- Mill tolerance allows 5% variance in towel weights and sizes.
- Due to the flexible nature of textiles, a tolerance of 5% either way from center is acceptable for imprinting position.
- Production colors may vary among dye lots.
- We cannot guarantee exact color matching on re-orders.
- We reserve the right to substitute product of equal or better specifications.
- Changes may delay production and shipping.
- Canceled orders will be charged for costs of set-ups, digitizing and possible art charges incurred as of cancellation date.
- Changes and cancellations must be received in writing at least 72 hours prior to the required ship date.

Product Safety and Compliance
Rally Towels is dedicated to the safety and integrity of our products. We are committed to offering quality items in the Promotional Products industry while either meeting or exceeding established standards in regards to safety and compliance.
Rally Towels works diligently with our clients and requires annual testing of our product and supplies. Based on information and testing results provided by our suppliers we are confident that all of our inks, threads, and products meet all requirements established as acceptable levels by the government in regards to lead and heavy metal. We can also state that NO heavy metals (Lead, Chromium VI, Mercury, Nickel, and Cadmium) are intentionally added in the manufacturing of our supplies or products.
Prop 65
In regards to Prop 65, we have on record, testing results from accredited labs that provides information showing that our products (inks / threads) used in decorating are safe for users. As stated above our products themselves (towels, robes, fleece, throws/tapestry) are exempt from lead testing due to the materials they are constructed from. It is known that “certain products, by their nature, will never exceed the lead content limit so those products do not need to be tested and do not need certificates to show that they comply with the law.” (Section D Line item 7)
